Kindergarten Teacher

Experience in Education: I began teaching in Nazareth, Texas, then I taught in Littlefield, Texas.  In the early 1990's I moved to Plano and worked in child care before becoming a substitute teacher in the Plano and Richardson School Districts.  In 1996 I began teaching at Bethany Elementary and in the fall of 2006 I moved to Hunt Elementary.  I have taught 4th grade, 1st grade, and Kindergarten.  

Background: I grew up in Quitaque, Texas a small town in the Texas Panhandle  I attended Valley School and graduated 2nd in my class or 28 students. In 1993, my husband Michael and I moved to Plano, Texas where we now call home.  I have 2 adult children who attended Plano schools and my baby is a freshman at Clark High School.  

Interest: My children are my life and most my time away from school is spent with them.  I love doing puzzles and traveling.
