Official college/university transcript(s) with conferred degree(s): Diploma - Bachelor's - Master's - Doctorate
- Official paper transcripts will be accepted - (they do not need to be sealed), or
- Electronic transcripts must be sent from the institution directly to transcripts@pisd.edu to be considered official.
Official service records:
- Official paper service records must have authorized signatures from previous districts, or
- Service records will be accepted if emailed directly from previous employers to servicerecords@pisd.edu
- Download our Out of State/Private School Service records packet
- Texas Form

After Orientation
- Submit service records to servicerecords@pisd.edu
- Submit official transcripts to transcripts@pisd.edu
- Set up Plano ISD email
- Attend professional development - (Back to School Information) - Professional Learning
