Plano ISD Connect

Partnering with Parents for Student Success

In Plano ISD, we deeply value our partnership with you. As the most important advocates for your children, your voice matters and our ability to listen, respond and engage directly with you is vital to ensuring every student thrives.

We have taken efforts to reestablish and reinforce the way we communicate with our families and communities. In a world where social media can sometimes spread misinformation or incomplete stories, it is more important than ever to stay grounded in truth, facts and direct sources. As a community, we have the opportunity to demonstrate kindness, integrity and respect for one another. These values uplift our district and reflect the very best of Plano ISD, while also setting a positive example for our students.

Steps for Resolving Concerns

We want every parent to know their concerns will be heard and addressed. If you have a question or complaint:

  1. Start with the source closest to the concern, your child’s teacher or campus principal.

  2. Use Let’s Talk! or direct email/phone communication if further support is needed.

  3. Reach out to district leadership if the issue remains unresolved.

We are committed to walking with you through every step. We welcome  your feedback because it strengthens our partnership in solving challenges together.

Our Shared Commitment

We believe that healthy communication is not only about solving problems but also about building trust. By focusing on facts, using our official channels and engaging with one another directly, we can ensure that our shared focus remains on supporting every student’s growth, achievement and success.
