Plano ISD has teamed up with First United Bank to spread hope, joy and services in our community through United Acts of Kindness. Throughout February, all staff, students and parents are encouraged to celebrate Friendship February through random acts of kindness.
On Tuesday, February 10, district leaders partnered with the City of Plano, First United and several business and community partners for the 6th Annual United Acts of Kindness Day, which will be on Friday, February 13. United Acts of Kindness is a day for our community to come together to spread joy and hope. This year, Plano ISD is helping them reach their goal of 1 million acts of kindness in 2026 by pledging 300,000 acts, up from 250,000 last year!
Students, educators, parents and community members are encouraged to celebrate Friendship February and to practice random acts of kindness throughout the year. Please view this checklist filled with ideas for all grade levels and families.
