Head Start has been educating Plano children since 1965. Head Start is a federally funded program that provides a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for preschool children. To enroll, children must be ages 3-4 by September 1 of the current year. Children must live within the boundaries of Plano ISD and family income must fall within guidelines.
