May 4, 2018 - Schimelpfenig Middle School Student Artwork Accepted for NAHS/NJAHS Exhibition


Schimelpfenig Middle School student artist Kailey Noblitt's artwork titled “Gray Anatomy” was accepted into the 2018 National Art Honor Society / National Junior Art Honor Society juried exhibition in Alexandria, Virginia. This is the third annual exhibition showcasing the artwork of talented student artists who are members of the NAHS/NJAHS programs.

The National Art Educators Association (NAEA) received 1,160 submissions and 66 works have been selected for exhibition in the NAEA Gallery & Studio. Representatives from twelve member schools of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD) participated as jurors: The University of the Arts, Pacific Northwest College of Art; Laguna College Of Art + Design; Parsons School of Design, The New School; School of the Art Institute of Chicago; Minneapolis College Of Art And Design; San Francisco Art Institute; Maryland Institute College of Art; Pennsylvania College of Art & Design; College for Creative Studies; Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts; and Kansas City Art Institute.
