Here is the process for signing out students this year:
Parent's will need to email Ms. Sanchez, the attendance clerk, at email@example.com from the email address registered on parent portal.
The email should be in this format:
(Student name and ID#) will be leaving school on (Date) at (time) because (reason).
Full Name of Parent
This will serve as your signature on the sign in/out sheet. Parents should not be entering the building to sign out students. There will also be no early dismissals after 4pm. We would prefer emails to handwritten notes, but we will still accept those as well.
