Stinson Elementary Art Teacher Receives National Recognition

June 23, 2022

Stinson Elementary School visual art specialist Loretta Bradshaw has been selected as a National Art Education Association-Crayola Creativity Ambassador. She is one of only 75 teachers selected out of a nationwide pool of 176 nominees.

NAEA and Crayola are committed to fostering professional learning, leadership, and community in visual arts education. This special 75th anniversary partnership will give selected ambassadors the opportunity to be early adopters of the January 2023 Crayola Creativity Week while participating in special leadership team-building experiences in preparation of the nationwide Creativity Week celebration.

NAEA Crayola Creativity Ambassadors will participate in Crayola Creative Leadership professional learning sessions and receive Crayola resources and materials to help implement this program within their schools and organizations. Each NAEA Crayola Creativity Ambassador will receive insight and support on how to engage colleagues in creative teaching strategies and ways to cultivate a Creative Leadership Team within their learning community.
