Toyota Dream Car USA Art Contest, 2021

The annual Toyota Dream Car USA Art Contest results are in, and one Jasper High School art student had two works of art reach Texas semifinalist.
The Toyota Dream Car contest was created to inspire creativity in students ages 4-15 and to help them imagine the future of mobility. Artwork must be original and created using crayons, colored pencils, markers or water colors. Judging was based on three criteria: artistry, uniqueness and execution of concept. Nearly 90 countries host their own annual Dream Car contest.
Congratulations to Evelyn Zhou, Jasper High School, for her finish as a USA, Texas Category 3 (ages 12-15) semifinalist for the two works pictured below.

More Information about the Contest
The Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan held the first worldwide contest in 2004. Nearly 90 countries now participate each year.
Each year, the Toyota Dream Car USA art contest is open for submissions in three age groups – category 1 (4-7 years), category 2 (8-11 years) and category 3 (12-15 years). Judging takes place within each age group.
Artwork by the top nine U.S. winners (Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists in each category) will be submitted to Japan to compete in the world contest against entries from nearly 90 countries.
