What I'm looking for in a person to fill this position is someone decisive, yet compassionate and willing to listen. Someone who brings energy and a sense of purpose to each day. And...I've watched that person for four years. I like the work that [she and Sara] have done together. I like where Plano ISD is today and where it is headed in the future. I'm looking forward to Theresa continuing that work while also implementing her own vision.
