Our Blue Crayfish babies are growing FAST! Our Animal Curator Elisa Caywood captured this great photo of mama Crayfish with her offspring. Can you see the baby on the left side of the photo? Blue Crayfish are primarily from the state of Florida. They can live up to 6 years in captivity, grow to be 5-6 inches long and shed their exoskeleton as they grow.
