Annual Registration for Existing & Newly Enrolled Plano ISD Students
Each year, parents of existing and newly enrolled Plano ISD students must update several annual registration requirements using the Skyward Family Access.

Parents must complete/update the following:
Emergency Card
- Emergency Contacts (PASAR Pickups)
- Release Form for Publications
- Video & Electronic display of Student Work
- Other Student Authorizations
- Health Information
Fees (Some Campuses)
- Student ID
- Parking Pass
- Transcripts
- Other fees as required by campus
Registration Forms
- Truancy Warning Notice
- Student Policy Packets
- Statement of Consent Form
- Student Information Release Form
- PTA Consent Form
- Free and Reduced Lunch Information
