eSchool Registration & Course Catalog

Registration for Summer eSchool Courses

While eSchool enrollment is ongoing, students will want to keep some dates in mind if they plan to work on eSchool courses over the summer.

Students may start enrolling for eSchool summer courses on May 11th. As we process those registrations, we will contact counselors for approval, send a Welcome letter, and set a start date of May 26. Students CAN start as soon as they receive their Welcome Letter, but they will not be expected to until May 26. Students will have 18 weeks from their start date to complete their course.

*Note that counselors may not approve courses for summer until students have completed any prerequisite courses.

Considerations

  • Students needing credit for their summer eSchool courses before the start of the school year should plan to complete their course(s) by July 31.
  • Students working on courses that won't impact their fall schedule may continue with their courses into the school year. They still need to complete the course by their 18-week due date.
  • Students cannot enroll in both semesters of a course at the same time. As soon as students successfully complete semester 1, they can register for semester 2.

2026 Senior Deadlines

Seniors need to register for any eSchool courses they need for May 2026 graduation by March 9, 2026. Typically, students have 18 weeks to complete an eSchool course, but seniors enrolling after Jan. 5, 2026 will have less time to complete the course before graduation. They will have ample time (9 weeks) to finish by enrolling on or before March 9, but they will need to work efficiently.

All courses for senior students graduating in May should be completed by May 11, 2026. This will give teachers, the eSchool office, counselors, and registrars time to process grades and apply the courses to transcripts before graduation.
