Stop the Bleed Training
Optional Training for 7th- 12th Grade Students
In accordance with Texas House Bill 496, Sec. 38.030, Plano ISD offers optional bleeding control training for students in grades 7-12, through the approved American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed training course. This course is offered online and is an interactive course that allows students to learn through videos, activities and quizzes at their own pace. The training course is free and can be taken multiple times in order to refresh knowledge of the information.
