Goal of the Welcome and Enrollment Center

Our goal at the Welcome and Enrollment Center is to provide enhanced wrap-around services in multiple areas, all aimed at promoting student academic success in an efficient, caring, and accessible manner, thereby strengthening family, school, and community partnerships.

Services Provided

• In-person assistance for families in need of support with the online enrollment application process 
• Family Find support for families with specific needs
• Support campuses in need of assistance uploading enrollment documents for families
• Connect other language students with the Multilingual department for language testing
• Connect families with McKinney-Vento Liaison and Clinic when needed
• Resolve all Let’s Talk district communication regarding enrollment & transfers
• Proof of Residency Statement
• Guardianship Information Form
• Independent Student Form
• Resident Grandparent Childcare
• Certificate of Eligibility to Enroll
• Intra District Transfers
• TEA (Out-of-District) Transfers

Enrollment Support

Welcome! We are here to help facilitate your child’s enrollment into Plano ISD! We understand the difficulties of online enrollment and wish to assist you at our center in-person. Our enrollment secretaries are available to provide face-to-face support and help answer any questions you may have. Our enrollment kiosks are furnished with the technology needed for our families to easily complete forms and upload all required enrollment documents. All of our wonderful staff are equipped and ready to assist!
