Sample 4-year Plan
This is a sample of the 4-year plan to earn the Associate degree and high school diploma. In accordance with their intended college major, each student will choose a dual credit science course and dual credit math course to meet the requirements needed for the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree. Students will work closely with the Collegiate Academy counselor to meet their individual needs to participate in programs like Band, Athletics, Fine Arts, and AVID.
Students at the Plano Wildcat Collegiate Academy must meet the TSI requirements for ELAR by July before 9th grade and Math by spring of 11th grade in order to complete the course sequence outlined below.
Students will have a high school transcript and a college transcript. Dual credit courses are transferable to public four-year colleges and universities in Texas. Some out of state and private colleges accept dual credit according to their school policies. You can find course descriptions for the college courses on the Collin College website.
