Hello my name is Airica Kelly. I am exhilarated to serve as the 2023-2024 Assistant Principal at Beaty Early Childhood School. Prior to Plano ISD, I worked in the Dallas ISD for 8 years. I am a proud graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. Upon completing my Masters Degree in Educational Administration from University of North Texas I was immediately hired to serve as the Assistant Principal at Casa View Elementary in Dallas, TX. After three years there, my path led me to Plano ISD where I have worked on seven different campuses as an AP. I am pleased as well as honored to serve the students at Beaty Early Childhood School. I look forward to getting to know the students as well as the families at Beaty Early Childhood School this school year.
