Your help is needed to support the arts in Plano. The Robbie & Lynore Fine Arts Center (RFAC) is an asset to the entire Plano community thanks to the generous support of the citizens of Plano during the 2016 bond election. The RFAC can accommodate more than 325 district performances, rehearsals and events scheduled annually through Plano ISD’s fine arts program and is available for public and corporate uses such as trainings, conferences, receptions and other events.

While the citizens of Plano generously approved the bond that funded the design and construction of the RFAC, the annual operating costs of the facility are estimated to exceed $600,000. Operating costs, including staffing and programming support, utilities, general operations and maintenance, are not eligible for bond funding under Texas law. The Plano ISD Education Foundation has launched a $3.2 million endowment campaign called Staging the Future, which will ensure the long-term financial stability of the RFAC.
