    It is with great honor that I introduce myself to you as the new principal at Forman Elementary. My name is Noline Martin, and I am excited to be given the opportunity to lead such an amazing school and school community. I have already heard about all the great things happening at Forman Elementary and I look forward to collaborating with parents, teachers, staff, and community members to ensure that all our Forman Falcons continue to grow and achieve at a high level so that they are able to reach their full potential.

    The 2023-2024 school will be my 20th year in the field of education.  I have worked at the elementary, middle school and high school levels. I have been an ESL teacher, a bilingual teacher, a Spanish teacher, a reading specialist, an instructional coach, and most recently, an assistant principal for the past six years at a turnaround campus in a neighboring district.  I wholeheartedly believe that great schools are the result of great teachers who establish strong relationships with their students and their families. It will take all of us working together to educate our students. My primary goal is to continue to support the teachers and families at Forman Elementary School, to provide them with the tools they need to continue to be successful and to help our children learn and grow.

    I am eager to get to know the students, families, and the community as we fulfill our commitment to educational excellence and dedication to caring. As we begin this journey together, we will focus on ensuring that we exemplify the Plano ISD mission to educate, inspire & empower every student to activate their unique potential in a dynamic world.

    Communication is vital to our partnership, and I value your input and feedback. My door is always open to you, and I welcome your ideas, suggestions, and active participation in school events, programs, and initiatives throughout the school year. I look forward to working closely with each of you to ensure a successful and fulfilling academic experience for our students.
