• eSchool Registration 

    eSchool registration is ongoing; register anytime!

    The registration process has changed to utilize PISD’s Skyward system for course selection, scheduling, and program management.


    Please review the 2 steps to the registration process outlined below:


    Step 1: 

    1. Login to the Plano ISD Skyward Student Access through Webdesk.
    2. On the Dashboard, click on "My Tasks & Processes" in the upper right-hand corner.
    3. Click "Start a Process" on the left-hand side of the screen.
    4. Click "Start."
    5. Choose up to two courses to start now.
      • Do not choose semesters 1 and 2 of a course. 
    6. Click "Next & Review."
    7. Click "Submit Form."

    This process will send an approval request to the student's counselor. If the counselor approves the course(s), eSchool staff will assign fees. Fees must be paid before a student is enrolled in the course(s).

    Step 2: Payment

    **Cash payments can be made at the Plano ISD Administration Building.  Please email eschool@pisd.edu to schedule a time.

    1. Once you are notified that you have fees, login to the Skyward Family Access Dashboard, click on the “Fees & Fee Payments” tile under your student’s name.
    2. Review the fees now assigned for eSchool courses. 
    3. Click the “Make a Payment” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
    4. You will automatically be taken to the Revtrack Web Store for payment processing.
    5. If this is your first time using this website, click the “Create New Account” button.
    6. Login and view the Required Fees that have been applied to your account.
    7. Click “Add to Cart” for each item listed.
    8. Then click the Checkout button.
      Please note: A 4.5% software fee will be applied to all transactions.
    9. Complete the payment process.
    10. A receipt will be emailed to you. All payment records will also be saved in your new Revtrack account.

    *Registration is not completed until payment is received.

    • Once fees are applied, you will have X days to make full payment.
    • If payment is not received in a timely manner, the student’s registration will be removed and you can re-apply at a later time.
    • Once eSchool has received the payment, we will enroll the student in the course(s). Student, parent, and teacher will be notified through Skyward.
