    Coach Lonnie Jordan is in his 30th year in education. He has been the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Lone Oak High School and Lake Highlands High School. Most recently, Coach Jordan served as the Athletic Director for Highland Park ISD. He was recognized as District 6-3A Coach of the Year in 2014 and has been named the 2019 Whataburger Coach of the Week, 2020 District 7-6A Coach of the Year and a 2020 Tom Landry Coach of the Year Finalist. In 2021, the Dallas City Council awarded Coach Jordan with the Community Impact Award.  He was named the All-City Coach of the Year eight times and led his teams to the playoffs every year he was a head coach.

    Coach Jordan received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He and his wife Laura have three children: Nate (22), Andy (21) and Elllie (19).

    Ralph Hinds

    Coach Hinds is beginning his 26th year in education and beginning his 18th year in Plano ISD. He was named Assistant Athletic Director of Plano ISD in the summer of 2013. He taught business classes and coached football, softball, and baseball while at Plano West Senior High from 2002-2013. Ralph is a 1988 graduate of Plano East Senior High School and a 1993 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University. While in college, Ralph played football and ran track and also coached football after completing his NCAA eligibly. In 2015, Coach Hinds was inducted into the Plano East Football Hall of Honor. Coach Hinds has three children, daughter, Morgan and two boys, Kyle and Riley. Coach Hinds enjoys spending time with family and fishing.

    Coach Kalhoefer is starting her 22nd year in education, and beginning her 18th year in Plano ISD. She was named Assistant Athletic Director in May of 2016. She taught Elementary PE at Skaggs and Wells throughout her time in Plano ISD. Karen was the head softball coach at Plano East for 16 years. During her time at Plano East, she posted a record of 421 wins and 168 losses. Her teams made the play-offs 13 out of the 16yers, while capturing 4 District Championships and 2 State appearances in 2009 & 2012. Karen graduated from Kingwood HS, north of Houston, in 1989. She attended Texas A&M and was a 4-year letterman graduating in 1994. After her collegiate career, Karen was named the head coach at The Colony HS. She coached at The Colony HS, until the opportunity came along to take over for Susan Sweeney at Plano East Sr. High. Karen loves going back to Aggieland and spending time with family & friends.
