How to Verify your Password in Webdesk
If you cannot access online textbooks or other online programs from Webdesk, you might need to verify your PISD credentials in Webdesk. It is good practice to periodically check that your password is updated.
Update Your Password "LDAP"
1. Click on your profile on the top right and choose Settings.
2. Select the Sign In menu at the top.
3. Under "LDAP/Active Directory", click on the blue icon at the bottom of the box.
4. In the pop-up window, "Active Directory Credentials," Type in your current password twice to verify. Click Save and you are done!
