2024 Teachers of the Year Gala Celebration

On the evening of May 9, 2024, seventy-four teacher of the year campus nominees from every school were honored during the Teacher of the Year Gala at the Plano Event Center. We celebrated with a fun-filled evening because in Plano ISD our teachers are "Next Level!" Thank you to the many sponsors who made this event possible by providing sponsorships and gifts for nominees, finalists and the top two winning teachers of the year. It was a wonderful celebration for those who know our Plano ISD students always level up!  

From the campus honorees, 10 teachers were honored as finalists and named the 2024 Marilyn Brooks Excellence in Teaching Award Winners. From this group, the district's two teachers of the year were selected.
