My name is Rachel Perez-Guzman, and this is my 4th year as a gifted specialist at Haun Elementary.

I started my teaching career in 2008 after graduating from UT (hook 'em). Before teaching PACE I taught Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades.  

In my time outside the classroom, you can find me at the yoga studio where I teach yoga and facilitate meditation. When I'm not on my mat, I'm usually outside enjoying the weather--going on walks, reading in my hammock, lounging by the pool, hitting golf balls at the driving range, anything outdoors.
