Three Plano ISD music ensembles have been invited to perform at professional conferences in the coming year. The Texas Music Educators Conference extended performance invitations to the Plano East  Senior High School Chamber Choir under the direction of Danny Knight and Dana Goodnuff and the Renner Middle School Treble Choir under the director of Halley Radebaugh and Becky Kozinski to perform at the annual Clinic/Convention held in San Antonio in February.

The Plano West Senior High School Jazz Ensemble, directed by Preston Pierce, will perform as part of the Jazz Education Network's national conference to be held in Dallas in early January.
