Hello, Comets!  I have been teaching in PISD for over 20 years, and I love my Centennial community.  I am the Dyslexia Therapist.  My main role is to serve as a Certified Academic Language Therapist, teaching multisensory reading programs, like Scottish Rite's Take Flight Program, to our identified dyslexic students. Take Flight is a language therapy program that helps dyslexic students crack the code in reading.  I also help support teachers and students with reading intervention.   It is a joy to watch kids grow in their reading skills.   When students learn to read, it builds their confidence and positively affects all subjects.
