• Meet Ms. Stewart - Principal

    Dear Centennial Families,

It is my honor and privilege to serve the students, staff and community of Centennial Elementary. I believe that every child will have the best educational experience when staff, students, and parents work collaboratively. In my life, there is no greater sense of accomplishment than making a difference in the lives of others. Student success is of greatest importance to me and I am passionate about the well-being of the whole child.

As a teacher, I have had the privilege of teaching third and fifth grade at Hightower Elementary. During my time as Assistant Principal, I served at Daffron, Wells, Barksdale and Brinker. Although, these years in education have had a great impact on the school leader that I am today, it is my role as a mother of two high school aged children that has most influenced me. Every administrative decision I make is focused with students first! It is my hope that all students love coming to school each and every day and enjoy learning.

Once again, it is an honor to work with the children and families of Centennial Elementary. I look forward to meeting you, your children, learning their names and knowing their needs. My door is always open to you, and I welcome any recommendations or concerns you may have. Please feel free to call upon any member of our staff as we are ready to assist you in any way.

Best wishes for a very successful school year!
