I studied at Lamar University and graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Elementary Education.  I recieved a Master's Degree in Early Childood from East Texas State, now A&M Commerce.  Over the past 30 years I have taught grades Kindergaten to 5th grade.  I love spending time with my family and friends traveling around the US camping and ewxploring the outdoors.  I am an avid runner and mostly enjoy trail running with my dog, Dixie!
