Hi, I'm Michelle Welch, and I'm the Student Support Liaison at Schell Elementary. I support the students, staff, and families as the Section 504 Coordinator and Multi Tiered Systems of Support Facilitator.   I have over 25 years of experience in Plano ISD, and I have been at Schell Elementary since it opened in 2007.  During my time at Schell, I've taught fourth, third and first grade. 

After graduating from Plano Senior High, I earned my B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Stephen F. Austin. Axe ‘em Jacks! I received my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Texas. 

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Briella, and our dog, Tucker. I LOVE Tex-Mex food, football- Go Cowboys!, watching movies, traveling and spending time with my family.
