Mrs. Jeannette Cardona
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, USA. I have lived in the USA for the last 35 years. I am married to Marvin Cardona, and have three children ages 27, 25, and 21. I love teaching, reading, helping others, going to Antique shops and spending time with my family.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Arts of Education with a Major in Special Education and a Concentration on Emotional Disorders. I have completed the Dyslexia course Take Flight, and I am also a Dyslexia Instructor. I have taught in P.R., MA., FL., and TX. This is my 27th year of teaching, 17 of those years at Meadows. I have been a bilingual teacher at Meadows for 16 years. I have taught 1st, 2nd and third grade.
This year I am a Bilingual Coach and Interventionist. I give support to students and teachers in the areas of Reading and Math. I am also a Bilingual Dyslexia teacher. I love helping students to reach their full potential. I'm looking forward to working with students and helping them to be successful in school!
