My name is Jaqueline McHale.  I am the Bilingual Specialist and AVID Coordinator at Christie Elementary. I have lived in Plano for 25 years now.  I am blessed with two amazing kids of my own who bring joy to my life every day.  Both of my kids are a product of Plano ISD.  I have always had a passion for supporting students and helping them achieve success in ALL areas of their lives.

Being bilingual has provided me with the tools to connect and assist emergent bilingual students within my school community. I am extremely enthusiastic about this academic school year. I love to read, spend quality time with family and friends, work in my herb garden, cook different types of foods (especially Italian),  and learn how to become a better educator.  I challenge myself every day to inspire students and make them connect with the world around them.   I can't wait to see the wonderful connections students will make as they learn and explore new ideas and stories.
