• Daily Schedule

  • Snacks

Daily snacks are not provided by PASAR. Students may bring snacks that are “ready to eat” and do not require refrigeration or microwave use. Healthy and nutritious snacks are encouraged. Candy, gum, soda, etc. are not advised.

Every month, PASAR staff plan a themed snack and activity. Check the PASAR monthly activity calendar for more information.

    Student Belongings

PASAR is not responsible for any lost or stolen items brought by students to the after-school program. Any found items are returned to the school’s Lost and Found.

PASAR discourages students from bringing electronics and toys from home. Students may bring their cell phones to PASAR but will be asked to keep cell phones in the student’s backpack.

    School Clubs

Parents must provide the site manager with a completed After School Club Participation form prior to the date the after-school club will begin meeting for children to attend extracurricular activities at the campus.

  • Dismissal/Student Pick Up

Students may be picked up at any time during program hours. Students will only be released to individuals listed on the Authorized Pickup List in Eleyo. PASAR staff will require a Photo ID before releasing the student. PASAR strongly encourages parents to list three different individuals as authorized pick-ups. Children may not walk home from the program.

Parents can access their Eleyo account at any time to make changes or updates to the Authorized Pick-Up/ Emergency Contact List.

The parent or authorized pick up will sign the student out using the Eleyo app on the iPad provided by the PASAR site each time the student is picked up. The PASAR staff responsible for the student will sign the “Face to Name Sheet” ensuring the student has been signed out for the day. The parent assumes responsibility for their student upon signing out.

To expedite the dismissal process, parents may call or text the campus PASAR cell phone number prior to arriving at the school site to alert PASAR staff to prepare students for dismissal.
