2025 Salute to Service Celebration

Plano ISD’s annual Salute to Service Awards and Retirement Celebration has been a long-standing, treasured tradition because it honors the dedicated, heartfelt work of employees. The event is to recognize retiring employees, Superintendent 100 Award nominees/winners and service pin recipients. This year’s event, held on April 3, 2025 at the Plano Event Center, marks the 60th year of the celebration.

Superintendent 100 Awards

Sponsored by InTouch Credit Union, the Superintendent 100 is intended to honor up to one hundred support staff members who go beyond the call of duty as they perform their job responsibilities. Support staff includes auxiliary and paraprofessional team members who either have frequent or daily contact with students or who do not have student interaction. Nominees will be recognized at the event by Superintendent of Schools Dr. Theresa Williams announcing this year's winners. Congratulations to this year’s Superintendent 100 Winners.

Retiring Employees

Congratulations to the following retiring or recently retired employees with at least 15 years of Plano ISD experience or 15 years of experience in public education and special thanks for their dedicated service to students and colleagues.

Employees with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or 45 years of service in Plano ISD.
