Hi! I am Erin Karlin and I am so excited to teach 1st grade at Sigler Elementary!

I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. I graduated from University of Kansas in 2006 with my Early Childhood Education degree! Rock Chalk Jayhawk!

My husband, Nate and I met at Univ. of Kansas and moved to Nashville, TN when we both graduated. We live in Nashville for 11 years and finally moved back to the Lone Star State! I have taught Kindergarten for 7 years.  Now I can't wait to teach first grade in PISD at Sigler Elementary. We have 2 boys. My son Jacob is 11 and my son Micah is 7. We also have two adorable dogs, Bailey is 5 and Ellie is 9 months old. We love to watch college basketball in the winter. We are huge Jayhawk fans. We love to go to the beach when we can. I enjoy spending lots of time with my wonderful family and friends. I can't wait for this amazing and crazy 2020-2021 with my new kiddos!
