Hello and Welcome to Pre-k at Barron!

I’m Brandie Smith, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be your child’s teacher this year. With a degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce, ESL certification, and a BeGlad Educator, I’m excited to bring my passion for education into our classroom. 

This will be my second year teaching Pre-K, but I’ve been at Barron for six wonderful years, previously working as a Title 1 assistant focusing on literacy and math intervention for grades K-5. I’m committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive and discover their potential. My goal is to make learning a joyful adventure and to support each child’s unique journey with care and excitement.
