Hello! I'm Cecilia Chen. This will be my third year at Harrington Elementary, and tenth year of teaching special education. I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in education from the University of North Texas! I am very excited to be working as a resource teacher at Harrington this year. We will have a FANTASTIC year!
