I am a Texas native and have lived in DFW most of my life; I spent three years in Chicagoland and one in Pittsburgh. Fortunately, I was able to escape the cold and come back south. I am a graduate of Allen High School, but also am a product of PISD; Dooley Elementary was my home for four years. I started my teaching career in 2003 at Williams High School, then transferred to McMillen when it opened. I have been in Plano ISD my entire career, except for one year at an all boys high school. That was an adventure.

I love teaching my students math, but more importantly that it is fun, relevant, and not scary!

Outside of school, I enjoy playing with my three beautiful children. We love to travel and see the world. The furthest I’ve been away from home is Australia and New Zealand. I cannot wait to go back.

I am extremely blessed to be a Spartan this year! A new and beautiful adventure awaits!
