I love seeing the expressions on children's faces when they discover something new. It is one of my favorite things to witness. I have been working with kids since I was 19. I started as a caregiver at a daycare in Dallas and then moved on to work in a middle school within DISD for 15 years. Afterward, I decided to stay home and raise my two sons, Eli and Titus. They both attended Plano ISD Early Childhood Schools when they were 3 and 4. Seeing how attending these schools inspired me to work in one and help children grow academically, emotionally, and socially. That is how I came to work at Pearson ECS, the school my youngest attended. I look forward to working alongside the teachers in the classroom and assisting with your little ones’ education.

     I grew up in Dallas, TX, and attended Dallas ISD schools throughout my education. I moved to Plano in 2009 after marrying my husband, Bill. We have two boys in middle school and two dogs. We love spending time together and traveling as much as we can. I am passionate about music, and both of my boys play instruments. I believe that music is an important part of education and helps with focus. When I am not taking my kids to taekwondo or their concerts, I am relaxing with my family and enjoying our time together.

     I am the ECSE TA in the Crayon classroom. I will be helping your child learn through play and discover new things. I can’t wait to hear each child laugh when they experience something new, to see their excitement, and to hear everything they want to share about their day.
