I am an Instructional Specialist at Barron. I have been in elementary education for over 20 years. My father was in the military, so I grew up living all over Texas. I graduated from high school in the Rio Grand Valley from Harlingen High School South in 1995. I attended Tarleton State University, and graduated in 2000. I am married to another PISD teacher. My husband taught PE for 21 years, but has stopped teaching to own his own mobile detailing business. We have 2 children. Our daughter, Chloe is in high school, and our son, Carson is in Junior High. We also have two dogs. Maggie is our Pit Bull/Lab mix and Jax is our Doberman. I am a bridal makeup artist on  the side and also love to watch my kids play sports and show animals.
