Deni Bleggi is honored to serve the Gulledge community as principal because of the community established by the students, staff, and families. She on staff at Gulledge when the school first opened and later returned as an assistant principal. Rejoining this tremendous community in 2011-2012 as principal was a privilege. Gulledge continues to transform to be an inclusive community where families and staff partner together to ensure each child is inspired to achieve. She is passionate about providing each child with an equitable growth experience academically, socially, and emotionally. The heart of her mission is to support all stakeholders in a safe haven where love, hope, and trusting relationships support family engagement and high levels of academic excellence. Working together to advocate and teach each child is key to preparing students with a pathway for 21st Century Learning and leading. Over the summer, she attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Leadership: An Evolving Vision Institute and currently participates in the Principal Advocacy Fellowship. Outside of school, she loves spending time with family and friends.
