I teach:

1. Beginner ESL (reading and language arts) to 6, 7, and 8^th graders

2. Intermediate ESL (reading and language arts) to 6, 7, and 8th graders

My purpose is to support my beginner and intermediate ESL students to develop linguistic, cognitive, and academic skills in a safe and nurturing environment.  These skills will prepare them to handle challenging academic vocabulary and concepts when they move to mainstream classrooms.
