Teaching Experience: I'm entering my 11th year of education and my 8th year at McCall.  This year is my 5th year teaching 4th Grade. 

About Me: I grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano East.  I graduated from UTTyler in 2006.  I am the Garden Coordinator at McCall.  I'll work closely with the PTA to make sure we have engaging experiences for students in the school garden this year. 

In my time away from school I enjoy exercise, photography, astronomy, reading, writing, drawing, painting, and getting outdoors. In the summer of 2023, I hiked to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.  Last year three of my photos won awards in different competitions.  This was a grueling, scary, thrilling, and memorable experience!  I learned a lot about myself and gained a new appreciation for Yosemite National Park.
