2nd Grade Teacher

I am originally from the Detroit area but also lived in Albuquerque, NM off and on for 20 years. I moved to Plano in 2005. I have a 15-year- old, Alex, who is going into 10th grade! I graduated from a high school in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and in 2012 with my Master’s in Teaching from Texas Woman’s University. Before I began teaching, I had a couple of different careers, but finally followed my dream to become a teacher in 2011.  

I love working with kids and watching them advance in knowledge.
