My name is Jim Yerger. I grew up in Duncanville south of Dallas and later moved to Coppell before 9^th grade. I attended and graduated from Coppell High School. Afterward, I went to the University of North Texas and graduated with a bachelor of science in criminal justice.

My wonderful wife Mirna and I were married in Puerto Vallarta two days before Valentine's Day in 2011. We have two beautiful children, our daughter Mia and our son Rucks. We love to spend time with family and friends and vacation at the beach. We're always looking forward to the next trip to the beach!

Although I didn't originally set out to become a teacher when I graduated from UNT in 2000, I discovered that it is definitely one of the most rewarding professions there is. I have enjoyed teaching 4th and 5th graders for all of these years and am privileged to be a part of your son's or daughter's life here at Wyatt!
