This is my 4th year teaching at Wyatt and. Teaching is my second career, although it was my first declared major at the University of Florida. I earned a Bachelor of Health Services degree at Florida Atlantic University, and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University. When I was working in healthcare, I had the opportunity to work with students and staff in the PISD Transistions Program and found them so inspiring! I knew that I wanted to teach students with special needs and here I am doing just that for the 12th year!
My husband Jim and I have three adult children. Stephanie, Andrew, and Tanner all went through Plano Schools. Stephanie went on to attend Arizona State University and The Texas A & M Baylor College of Dentistry. Andrew attended law school at the University of Houston after graduating from TCU.My youngest son, Tanner has a bachelors in Sports & Facilities Management from Texas Tech. Obviously, PISD did a great job helping them grow into awesome adults! We also have an adorable almost 3 year old grandson named Colin. We are so fortunate that all of our children and grandchild live close by. I love spending time with my family.
I am proud to be a part of the Wyatt family!
