My name is Heather Gregg, and I am proud to serve our Weatherford family as the Campus Improvement Specialist. Go Eagles! I have twenty years of experience working in education, and I was previously the ESL/Bilingual Coordinator in Allen ISD. I have also served as the Bilingual/ESL Compliance Consultant for Region 10.  

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dallas and Master’s degree in Education Administration from Lamar University. Most of my work over the past two decades has centered on building capacity in teachers by providing learner-centered professional development and responsive curriculum and compliance support. I am committed to ensuring access to high-quality instruction for all children, and I am passionate about increasing student success and improving educational outcomes for English Learners and educationally disadvantaged children.

I live in Plano with my two sweet boys, Colin (19) and Cameron (6), and our 80 pound border collie mix, Bitsy.
