Student Council is preparing for our annual canned food drive which will be held from Monday, November 8th- Friday, November 17th. This year we are going to try something a little different again!
As an incentive to donate cans and boxed goods, for every five items donated students will receive a snowball. Just outside the cafeteria doors, you’ll notice six “Snow-person Bodies” with heads of one classroom teacher per grade level and one specials teachers. You get to decide which body you’d like to put your snowball on.
Pre-K – Day
Kinder – Aulet
1st – Robershaw
2nd – Hauberg
3rd – Meadows
4th – Hobbs
5th – Ingram
Specials – Oropeza
The teacher with the most snowballs by Friday, November 17th will dress up like a snowman/snowwoman on Friday, December 1st!
Last year we collected a total of 2,036 items to donate to families in need which was an increase of 629 items from the previous year. Let’s try to beat last year’s total!!!
