This is my 28th year as a teacher.  I taught 1st grade in Michigan (Go Blue!) for 10 years, 4 years in 1st grade in Illinois.  I came to Weatherford in 2010 and have taught kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade.  I received a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology at the University of Michigan and my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education at Eastern University of Michigan.  I have been married to my husband, Brian for 28 years.  We have a daughter, Marissa, who is a special education teacher here at Weatherford.  We also have a son, Jay, who is a senior at Texas State.  We have 2 dogs and we love living life!
