Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Kimberly Parker

Hello, I am the ESL Coach and Interventionist here at Aldridge Elementary.  I am proud to say that I have been working in PISD for twenty years. I have been teaching for a total of 23 years.  I am also a proud PISD graduate.  I attended Forman Elementary, opened Dooley Elementary, Armstrong Middle School, Williams High School, and ended my schooling at PESH! (Go EAST!)

I attended Texas A&M University for VetMed, but came to realize that was not my calling!  I then transferred to UNT where I obtained both my undergraduate and graduate degree in education.  I have taught at three elementary schools as part of PISD, but none are actually in Plano!  I began by opening Rose Hagar in 1995 (Dallas), then taught at Hunt (Murphy), and now at Aldridge (Richardson).

I love working with Emerging Bilingual students and seeing their eyes light up as they learn more and more English.  I think my favorite part is getting to work with students in Kinder through fifth grade.
