I grew up in Florida, where I met my husband Mark. We moved to Texas in the fall of 2013, and although we miss being 10 minutes from the beach, we love calling Plano home. My former career was in banking, and then I took some time off to stay home with our four children (now ages 21, 19, 18, and 6). When I'm not at work, I can be found reading a book, watching British murder mysteries on TV, and spending time with my family and friends. We enjoy going to the movies, trying new restaurants together, playing board games, going to musicals/plays, and having random dance parties in the living room.

I have been at Bethany Elementary since January 2019. I absolutely love our amazing staff and the families who make everyone feel so welcome. Bethany Elementary really does feel like home. During my first two and a half years at Bethany, I ran the PASAR after-school program. I spent the next three years as the school secretary, which inspired me to return to school to become a teacher. I am excited to join the kindergarten team this year!
